Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return any items. To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

Provide Your Order Details: Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
Return the Items: Once your return request is processed, we’ll send you instructions on how to send the items back to us.
Conditions for Returns:
Items must be in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition with original tags and packaging.
Sale items are non-refundable, unless defective.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you. Once we’ve confirmed the issue, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
